I have a question about the fitting enchantment. I am playing in a loot light game and decided that I was going to make a tiny set of adamantine full plate with fitting on it to try and save some money. Later on, I decided to get permanent enlarge person. My question is what is the HP of this item? Does it have the same HP as a tiny set of armor or since it is now on a large character, does this set of armor have the HP of a large set? The same question goes for weapons.

As far as I can tell, changing an object's size (at least through enlarge and similar effects) does not affect its actual hit points. Just like it doesn't for creatures.
So your suit of armor, no matter the size, will only have the hp of a tiny object.
Otherwise you'd end up with weird situations where an object that was larger than normal took half damage (and gained the Broken condition) but then when it shrank back down, suddenly completely broke because it had no hit points and that's never really been the intention. If you sawed halfway through a Large-sized 12-foot long, 4-inch diameter enlarged quarterstaff... then it reverts to a medium-sized, 6-foot long, 2-inch diameter quarterstaff, it should still structurally be as sound as it was while enlarged (might be easier to break, being smaller and thinner), it will still be cut half-way through the its length. The saw-cut shouldn't just buzzsaw the rest of the way through, it should remain proportionate. Similar if you cut a 1-foot hole in a sheet of wood and couldn't squeeze through it, so you enlarged the board... the hole should similarly expand, allowing you to pass through.
There might be specific spells or effects that do add hit points (especially if it adds Constitution), but I don't see that with the ones at hand here. An enlarged object is larger (about double in size), heavier (about 8x for creatures, for objects it might just be easier to assume 2x the weight for 1 size increase, like normal equipment rules for mechanics reasons), and deals more damage. Neither creatures nor objects seem implied to gain more health or durability.
This is probably just the easiest way to do it to prevent strange outcomes from size changes fluctuating hit points suddenly. You have a tiny amount of adamantine, when it changes to a Large sized suit, you don't technically have a Large-sized amount of adamantine, what you actually have is an enlarged amount of adamantine. Just like a creature enlarged to Large size is a far cry inferior to a creature that actually becomes/is Large sized. Ie. +2 Strength is nowhere near the normal +8 Str and +4 Con a creature of that actual size would have. Soooo.... magic?
