Clarification on the Alchemist's "Craft (any)" skill.

Advice

As per d20pfsrd and aonprd's list under class skills, Alchemists get "Craft (any)" among their other choices. No other class seems to get this, however Wizards get "Knowledge (all)", which seems to indicate that they can select any knowledge skill. This leads me to wonder what "any" means: on one hand, this thread suggests that it's a misprint, and I'm willing to believe that... but on the other, that's all i was able to dig up on this skill. Despite all my efforts searching for any specific information on the skill, i had found only general answers or links to how the Craft skill works. So, is it correct that this is a misprint, or does it mean something else?

Yeah my guess is that they didn't realise that other classes didn't have that text when they wrote this.

It's possible they wanted to make it clear that it wasn't just Craft Alchemy that you get.

Maybe during the writing process they were onky going to give one or a few craft skills, but they ditched that idea and ended up giving all of them and that was a note to themselves to remind them of the change, and then they left it in ...?

I dunno, it seems like either way you get all the craft skills as class skills.
