Are you trying to make money or trying to find a loving home? And is this PF1 or PF2?
If you want to make money, you're better off selling each book separately. If you want to find a good home, contact a local gaming club or gaming store that sells Paizo products.
The gaming club may have someone who is just getting started who would like the whole back-catalog of stories. Your FLGS will probably let you post a notice on their bulletin board.

First: Figure out what your real goal is.
Are you tired of looking at them and just want to get the books out of your house as quickly as possible?
Are you short on money and need to sell them for as much as you can get?
Or do you want to split the difference between those extremes?
Then, ask yourself how much time and effort are you willing to spend on this endeavor.
Goal: Get rid of them as fast as possible for the least amount work
In this case, I'd recommend working with Noble Knight Games. They'll buy your whole collection at once and will even send you free postage-paid shipping boxes.
The downside is that you'll get a real lowball offer: Probably somewhere around a quarter of what you'd be able to get if you sold them directly to other gamers. The upside is that it'll be quick and really easy.
Goal: Get a decent price
In this case, I'd go with eBay.
Don't try to sell your whole collection at once. Instead, list each 6-volume AP series as its own lot. If you have the Campaign Poster Maps, throw that in too. Figure out the lowest price you'd be happy to receive for the set, and set that as your minimum bid, then do a standard 7-day auction. I'd recommend setting the option that the buyer pays shipping, and then to just use eBay's shipping calculator. You'll need to supply your own boxes and packing material.
