Charges to account, please refund

I had cancelled my subscriptions months ago, and this morning a $107.00 charge appeared. Please cancel and refund immediately.

I've ensured that your subscriptions were fully cancelled and you should shortly receive an email confirmation with the details.

The charge on the account is only an authorization, not a charge, because nothing shipped. I've gone ahead and reversed it on our end to speed up it falling off of your account, but please contact your bank if it doesn't.
