Like it says in the subject line, I never received the shipment and there is no tracking to find out what happened.

That is a very delayed order! It's probably safe to say that it was lost in the mail somewhere at this point, so I've set up a replacement to get shipped out to you ASAP, and you should receive an email confirmation with the details shortly.
