When do you add promotions to orders?

I have a pending subscription order now, but there are no promotions on it. Last shipment didn't get the advantage promotion. Will that happen again? This should also have the first ten shipping promotion. (Order 36423447)

I've applied your Paizo Advantage discount to your pending order, and it looks like we refunded you the difference for your last subscription order already, so I believe you should be all set for now.

Apologies for the inconvenience! This is an issue we're actively in the process of working on, so hopefully we'll have it resolved before the next subscription generation.
