I am having difficulty processing an order for some PDF content. A few weeks ago, I attempted to purchase the Pathfinder 1st Edition Corr Rulebook PDF using the gmthanks21 coupon. Though the order showed up multiple times on my bank account as pending, it ultimately did not process. I tried to buy some Starfinder PDFs the following week and similarly had no luck, ultimately seeing the pending charge disappear just under a week later. I tried purging my cart completely today and doing the order again and it still only shows pending on my bank account. I would really like to support the company but after multiple e-mails and phone call attempts I am unsure of what other options I have to resolve this issue. I know the current pandemic has been extremely difficult to function in and I appreciate any support Paizo can lend. Thank you!
