Abomination Vaults Vol 2 Not Delivered

I am subscribed to the Adventure Paths and Volume 2 for Abomination Vaults was shipped on Feb 16, 2021. To date, I have not received the hard copy and it's been much longer than the 4 to 8 days expected. The UPS tracking site errors and has no results for the provided tracking number. Can you assist in tracking this down and get my book to me?

I'm not sure what happened with UPS MI in February, but this has been an issue that's been reported by a number of customers! A few have reported receiving their orders (either on time or, more frequently, delayed, but usually without their tracking information updated).

At this point, it's been a month, so I've set up a replacement order and you should receive an email confirmation with the details shortly. If your other order shows up at any point, without opening the package, please write 'Return to Sender' on the package and the post office will ship it back to us without charging you.
