Attempting to Purchase Sundered Waves - Will Not Complete Purchase

Hello,

I have been trying to purchase Sundered Waves, but while I can progress to the final order screen, it will not actually purchase the item.

I have tried via my card, and then using store credit (as a previous thread suggested issues with a customers the card could be preventing the order from completing). However, I still have been unable to purchase.

Additionally, I do show the funds were deducted from my store credit, but the PDF is still not available. Any help would be appreciated, as I was hoping to run the quest tonight for a group.

I'm seeing that the purchase was completed with your store credit and the Sundered Waves download should be available in your digital content. Are you still not seeing it? I'm hoping you were able to grab it in time for your group!
