Web store issues and no response to my email.


Customer Service


I have been trying to buy items form your web store with no success. Every time I go to check out I click the place order button and it takes me to the same page asking me to place the order again. I click that button and nothing happens, I never get a confirmation email or notice on my card. I have tried both Firefox and google chrome to no avail. That was a month ago. I tried today and still no success.

The more upsetting thing is I sent and email and its been near to a month with no response. While the forum often has response within a day. Is the email side of things a separate department that is super backlogged?
