Hello!

It's been a month since I placed this order and it still shows as pending on the website. I was hoping I could get an update on it? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi pbassi,

I had a look at your order and it appears that it's currently on backorder at the moment, which is why it hasn't shipped out yet. That said, it looks like we did order it from our supplier, so while I don't know the exact ETA on when we'll be able to get it out to you, I can at least let you know that it should be soon!

If you'd prefer to cancel the order, just let me know!
