Hi Customer Service! For some reason, this order went through twice and I was charged twice. Could you check into that? Thanks!

That's an unusual bug! It seemed to (kind of) sort itself on our end (as our system recognized you overpaid), so I've issued you a refund for the extra charge, which you should see when your issuing bank has fully processed the request.
