Two Pending Charges for PDF (Card Declined?)

I just confirmed with my bank, and I have two pending charges for the Pathfinder 1E Bestiary PDF, due to having the wrong billing address. I fixed the address and received the PDF, but I would like the other pending charges removed please! I can provide any additional information as needed.

I have reversed the authorizations on our end but please allow some time for it to be reflected in your account :)
