I can't get past the "Choose Payment Method" page to place my order...

I've been trying for a few weeks now to place an order, but every time I click on the "Place Order" button the icon twirls for a few seconds then goes away and nothing happens. This is getting really annoying and I've tried sending you people e-mails about it already, but I'm getting no response. Can someone tell me what's going on?

I'm sorry the website has been giving you trouble and apologies we haven't responded to your emails yet, as we have been working through our hefty backlog. I took a look at your account and everything looked ready to go so I pushed the order through for you. You should be receiving an email confirmation here shortly as well.
