Card Declined Ancestry Guide

Hi,

I tried to purchase the Ancestry Guide and the info I've had on file is registering as declined. I had multiple charges pending which came down, but wondering why this hasn't gone through. I updated the information and nothing changed.

I took a look at the order and it looks like the card is being declined due to a mismatch in information input for the payment method.

Finally looks like it worked. How long will it take to see the incorrect pending charges removed?

Glad to hear the order went through! I have reversed the pending authorizations on our end but it depends on your bank when it will be reflected in your account. It usually isn't longer than a few business days. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
