I'm trying to order the new lost omens ancestry guide, but the transaction is being declined. This card has been used in the past but I've never run into this issue before. Can anyone help?

I took a look at the order and unfortunately the only information I can see is that the card is being declined. Usually, when this happens it is because there is a mismatch of information between what is being input for the payment method and what the bank has on file for it.
