I have tried contacting you through email and phone multiple times already, if those are not currently in use please remove them from the FAQ page.
Back in November I placed this order here instead of at other sites that had it in stock, because your page said you also had it in stock, and I would rather support Paizo, now it is not in stock on other websites and I am still waiting for my order.

I am so sorry you haven't received your order yet! I took a look at it and unfortunately, it does look like we are out of stock on one of the items, Advanced Races Compendium (PFRPG) Hardcover, and that's what has been holding the order up. I am communicating with our webstore to see if we will be getting a new shipment of it in the near future and we can always send you the rest of the order in the meantime as well.
