Pathfinder Rulebook, Starfinder Roleplaying Game, Starfinder Society Subscriber

After waiting 7 months my order was finally received BUT the wrong book was sent! I ordered Starfinder CHARACTER Operations Manual, but instead received the STARSHIP Operational Manual (Which I already had!) How can you fix this please?
