I sent an email about a month ago and another one about two weeks ago about this issue and I haven't heard back. As such, I decided to try my luck here instead.
I bought a physical copy of the Core rule book on July 29th through a humble bundle promotion. The payment to them via Paypal was successful and I was given a redemption code, which I then used on your website. Everything goes perfectly, I am able to add the book to my cart and I only have the shipping left to pay.
My problem is the following: I have tried several times to pay for the shipping, but every time my payment is declined. I have verified my card number, the card billing address, the phone number, but unfortunately nothing worked.
I have looked in my credit card transactions history and there is nothing about Paizo in there. I have also contacted my credit card company to make sure their automated system didn’t silently block the transaction but they couldn’t find the transaction in their system, as such, customer service told me the chances for them to have blocked it is really slim.
After changing my billing address for another time, I was able to see an authorized payment made to Paizo on my credit card account two weeks ago, but your website tells me the payment method has been declined.
I honestly don't know what to do anymore and would need help.

I am so sorry for the frustration! I took a look at the order and unfortunately it looks like there is still a mismatch in information between what has been input on our site and what the bank has on file for the payment method. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)

I am so sorry for the frustration! I took a look at the order and unfortunately it looks like there is still a mismatch in information between what has been input on our site and what the bank has on file for the payment method. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)

After some phone calls, I discovered the address used by my credit card was not the good one. I changed it on my order and I hope it works this time!
