You are in luck, I was writing one for my own use (I'm going to roll up Nuala as an NPC for a friend that wants a prelude to the Beginner Box).
It should be roughly balanced, though probably a bit on the strong side.
Is making it have one less ability boost than normal an intentional balancing decision?

As a note, I'd suggest lowering the centaur's base speed to 30 feet and making the extra five feet of movement either a heritage, like Racer or something like that, or perhaps a feat.
It lowers the value of the ancestry slightly, but still allows you to build a centaur from the bestiary if you take both that option and the Fleet feat.

Thanks! I’ll check it out.

A bit on the strong side is probably safe with the group I’d be running for. I have a player in another group that would wreak havoc with a bit on the strong side.

Yeah I’m going to revise it more fully once I’ve absorbed the Ancestry Guide. This was off the cuff DM adventure prep.

I dig it. TBH I think it'll come off fairly balanced, maybe not even requiring the reduction of an ability boost, if you factor in things like the increased expense/difficulty of finding armor at large size, or the fact that you give your enemies an easier time hitting you since you take up more squares.
