Hi Paizo CS,

Thank you and your team for all that you do for us Paizo fans. I really appreciate you.

But, as many others, I also have an issue I need help/advice with.

I made an order for a Starfinder Core Rulebook Special Edition Hardcover, to be delivered with Mail Innovations International towards Romania with an expected delivery time of up to 36 business days. I know that the package is not trackable but it has been around 40 business days since it was shipped...is there anything that can be done to find out if it has been lost in transit or if it is still on track?

I am so sorry your order hasn't arrived. I think, unfortunately, this order may have been lost in the post so I have set up a replacement to be shipped out to you as soon as possible.
