I can see that anther order shipped without the Pathfinder Lost Omens: Ancestry Guide in my sidecart (order number #36369368).
Can any of you Customer Service Representative see if there is a problem with my sidecart and if not possible to get the book shipped with that order then ship it by itself?

I am so sorry we weren't able to ship it with the other order before it shipped out and it looks like it wasn't leaving your sidecart because there is another item in your sidecart that is a preorder and they were set to ship together. So, I have set up the Ancestry Guide to ship out to you now that way you don't have to wait for the preordered product. The new order is 36378042 and you should be receiving an email confirmation for it here shortly as well. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
