Hello,
I have emailed Customer Service numerous times and have gotten no response. When I tried calling the line was busy then disconnected.
On 12/31/20 I placed two separate orders(Order#18136485 & 18659365). Then on 1/1/21, I requested that Order#18136485 be completely cancelled, and Order#18659365 be altered to just keep the Adventure Path Subscription.
That second order essentially not having the physical copies of the Core Rulebook and Advanced Players Guide mailed to me. Now I remember Paizo was closed for the first week of January so I knew it would take some time to get a response, but I never got one.
On 1/11/21 I got an email notifying me that the Core Rulebook & Advanced Players Guide was being prepared to be shipped to me. So I checked my Paizo Account and saw that my email was read as the first Order# was completely cancelled as asked, but this one clearly wasn't altered. So on 1/12/21 I replied to the "Preparing for Shipment" email asking to stop the shipment again and for some confirmation of this.
Unfortunately neither of those happened and I got the books anyways. So then on 1/27/21 I emailed you again, but have had no response.
Could we please find some resolution to this? I did not want the books and tried many times to stop them from shipping out to me.

We would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in communication, our office has been undergoing procedures to respond to the COVID-19 infection in Washington state as well as processes to hire and train new CSRs. We apologize as we have had delayed responses while working through our hefty email backlog.
I am so sorry we didn't catch this order before it shipped! I have refunded your payment method for the books, please keep them along with our apologies. If you don't think you will have a use for them we always recommend donating them to schools or libraries. Please let me know if there is anything more I can do to assist you :)
