Hello,
I purchased the "Syrinscape—Dead Suns: Splintered World SoundPack" on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 07:10 PM and while it was immediately added to my Digital Content Library, when I click the link for "Serial Number: Click here to fetch serial number" the page simply refreshes, nothing happens, and no serial number is provided. It's been over a week now and after a test a moment ago, the serial number generation/fetching still is not working. I have tried this in both the latest Chrome and the latest Firefox just in case.
The order number for my purchase is: Paizo Order # 35890996
I am initially loading the page URL https://paizo.com/paizo/account/assets
When I click the link to "Click here to fetch serial number", the page refreshes and the subsequent URL is https://paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/76/wo/tNMeqc5jzze7hf8oftkAEM /0.StandardPageTemplate.1.15.11.3.1.1.2.5.1.1.2.2.3.4.1.1.MAAssets.2.3.9.17 .1.5.3.1.0.2.5.1.1.3.0.1.13.1.1.1
I am not running any ad blockers or such in my browser(s).
I have previously purchased soundpacks this way and not had any issues generating the necessary serial number.
Please let me know what I can do to rectify this situation if there is any other information I could provide!
Hopefully this is an easy fix and can be corrected in short order; that would be great! But I understand there could be some difficult technical issues that may take time to resolve. But with my next play session coming up soon, if this does prove difficult to correct, I'd like to look into refunding this purchase and I'll instead purchase the soundpack directly from the Syrincape website so I have the content in time.
