Will you please review pending order 33576349 and send along the physical book that was to be included in it? (Book 2 of Fly Free or Die.)
I have received notice that the subscription copy of Book 3 is on the way, but was hoping, when I made the order, to receive Book 2 as well. If there is a problem, I'd like the chance to fix it. If it needs to be merged with my February subscription orders, that will be acceptable. If other arrangements need to be made, I am ok with that too.

I took a look at the order and it looks like it got a little stuck so I went ahead and moved the physical book to a new order (36357870) and gave it a big nudge. So, it should be on its way to you very soon and you should be receiving an email confirmation for the new order here shortly as well. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
