Issue is described in this thread.
It looks like the warehouse folks told you they would finish shipping on Wednesday, but now Thursday is nearly over (or already over if they aren't pulling an all-nighter) and I can't find any mention that anyone else is still waiting for their subscription orders to ship, nor have I seen any indication of overall shipping status.
At this point, Mengkare has shipped, but the bundle of items that includes everything but the Darklands Rising minis still hasn't shipped. Now my card authorization is about to expire (which I know does not matter except as an unofficial shipping deadline) and (more importantly) I may have to go through yet another weekend without my subscription PDFs.
Could you please update me on the situation?
Edit: I was wrong about nobody else still waiting for their shipments. This thread seems to have fallen through the cracks. Subsequent postings by this person in the January subscription thread indicate that this person is also still waiting for shipment.
It looks like my last package finally shipped a few minutes ago. Thanks!

Looks like a bunch of our orders got stuck in shipping limbo this month. As the CS team plough through their backlog (nearly back to three months and nearly <2000, yay!) I’m hoping they’ll be able to have a dedicated staffmember watching that thread again.
We are definitely seeing a miracle in that "Paizo Customer Service Status Updates & What to Do" thread, where reductions in unanswered e-mails used to be an exception to an overall creeping growth in the backlog. Now they seem to have cut the backlog by nearly a third in a few days, and the trend continues to go in the right direction.
Yeah - it’s been a Herculean effort!
