I have been trying to place an order for some PDFs since 26th December 2020.
I gave it time due to Christmas, then you closing the warehouse. I have also sent an email asking for assistance.
No reply. Please, guys, I don't want to use pirate copies of the PDFs (I have the books, but want to use the PDF as digital content is really useful for while we are in a covid19 lockdown) so help me make a legal purchase!

I have tried three different browsers, cleared cookies and browsing history, used different cards (which worked fine for my subscription so its not that)

Many thanks to the person who messaged me. After deleting the whole cart, I have been able to go get one PDF now to purchase.
So if anyone else has this issue seems like the basket/cart get corrupted so bin everything and start again.
