Im missing an item from my order above in the shipment that just arrived. When you look at the details youll see I had a lot of things in my sidecart that would ship with my next subscription order. The second one arrived today (the first being the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Card Game Collection which came in its own box). This shipment was supposed to have all my subscription items in it along with some things from my sidecart but it was missing the Spell Cards for the APG. I took some photos of the items and the box if needed. Everything else was there but the spell cards. Help!

I took a look at the order and it looks like it shipped in 3 packages and the tracking information shows the last package being delivered yesterday. Did you receive all 3 packages? or was just the spell cards missing from the order? Please let me know and I will gladly do my best to assist :)

Actually the third package arrived today. The tracking on them has been a bit haywire especially with this third package the tracking would disappear then show up again as two separate shipments and then disappear again. Its been a real journey.
Unfortunately in this package that arrived today it was supposed to have Item cards for both Reign of Winter and Wrath of Righteous APs but had neither.
So I think you might want to check the card department over there it seems some goblins got in there and started destroying anything with written words on them. Between the three packages I'm missing all of the cards in the order:
-APG Spell Cards (Subscription)
-Wrath of the Righteous Item Cards
-Reign of Winter Item Cards
For some reason I dont find it a coincidence its all the cards but have no idea what could have gone amok (well except goblins).
Is it possible to get those three out to me in another shipment soon?

Oh no! I have reported the goblin activity as well as set up replacements to be shipped out to you in your next subscription order. If you need these sooner please let me know and I will gladly set that up :)
With the next subscription shipment is just fine thanks so much! Just keep the goblins clear of my boxes! I hear they are scared of horses so maybe move the packaging shop to a racetrack? Just a brainstorm.
