Changing payment method

Hi,
I've got a new credit card and would like to have the old one deleted. I have added my new one as a payment method but the system doesn't seem to let me delete the old one from my subscriptions and pending order.

Hi!

I was able to update the payment method for you for both the subscriptions as well as the pending order. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)


"...both the subscriptions..."? As in two? I have several subscriptions, will they have the same problem?

Apologies for the confusion, I updated it for all the subscriptions as well as the pending order :)

The order status is still "Pending" and expires in two days. Is it anything I have to do to move it along? It also lacks the discount from being tier 1.
