I have had an order pending for almost 3 months now, I'd like an update on when I can expect it to ship.
I believe the issue is an item out of stock, but it's $10 of an over $100 order, I'd like the rest of the order shipped if the last item is not going to be restocked soon.

I took a look at the order and it looks like it was because of an out of stock item that the order has been unable to ship. I have cancelled the item and pushed the rest of the order through.
