USA January PF AP Subscription order has not been authorized / generated

My January Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription (not a new subscription) order hasn't been authorized/generated, not sure if it's related but I haven't been able to view my order history for at least a month (tried on chrome/edge/firefox on both PC and Android, reset cookies as well). But I have no pending orders on My Account page, no emails about an order since my last subscription in December, and no charges on my card.
