Due to the inclement weather in the Seattle area earlier this month, our warehouse was closed for a week. This resulted in a large backlog of orders going out. Therefore the shipment of your order was delayed. We have worked through the backlog and are getting back on schedule as quickly as possible.

Got it. I forgot about the weather (probably since its been rather mild here on the East Coast...I appreciate the quick response. Kudos for excellent customer service!
