I'm not sure how you were reading this ability.

Slashing Grace and Fencing Grace both let you "add your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier to that weapon’s damage." Trained Grace only works if you are using your strength modifier on damage rolls.

So, hard no.

Plus it doubles the weapon training bonus, not the stat bonus anyway.
