I placed an order on 1/5/21, order 23644487. This order contained both digital and physical products. I received my digital products immediately and the physical products were set to ship as soon as possible.
The whole order was paid for with store credit and used the holiday21 coupon code.
Something appears to have gone wrong. All of the physical product has been removed from my order and is now in my cart along with my upcoming subscription orders. The store credit which was previously deducted has not been re-added to my available total. The prices for the physical items appear to be what they should be for using the holiday21 coupon.
What needs to be done to get this order moving? Do I need to check out again? What happened to my allocated store credit?

I took a look at the order for you and it looks like the items on the order are only available as digital products and that is why our system couldn't create an order for physical items. Your store credit was used toward the pdfs and the rest is still available on your account. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)

I had $700 in store credit at the start of the transaction. The digital portions were only $6.11. Currently my remaining balance is showing as $326.69. I have paid for the physical portion of my order. Since the items were removed from my original order, I am now missing $367.20 in Store Credit.
If that can be re-added to my balance, that would resolve my first issue. As for the second issue, can I just check out the cart to get the order rolling along with my subscription items?

Great news! I was able to set up order 23644487 with all the items as well as your January subscription items that were in your cart. Your store credit is still attached to this order and can still be used on it but I wanted to know if you wanted to use any more of your available store credit to go towards the subscription items that have since been added?
