Order 36263300 arrived damaged

Hello, my order 36263300 Pathfinder Adventure pat #162: Ruins of the Radiant Siege [Agents of Edgewatch 6 of 6] arrived Damaged. From Pages 48 to 65, they were misaligned, folded and bent and some pages were simply loose and not bound properly. i attempted to contact customer service via Email, [Dec 16, 2020] because the forum here does not appear to allow uploading of images so that i could submit images of the issue, and i was not sure if this was a one off issue or if an entire run of the order was similarly damaged. However the customer support email never got in touch after the holidays.

I see that this order #36263300 includes Agents of Edgewatch book 5 instead of book 6, could you please confirm the order # and book that arrived damaged and I will gladly get a replacement set up :)

my apologizes for the late reply, my notifications didn't alert me of a answer to this thread. after double checking i did get my order number wrong, it was actually Order 36293617 that was damaged. the issue that was damaged was book 6/6.
