It seems that Paizo may be falling apart. I realize that they are likely still working from home, however, they have had MONTHS to put a contingency plan into place. Last update: 2600 emails dating back to 9/17. Seriously? Surely they have a customer service staff that can deal with these problems. Or, has working from home allowed them to sit back on their laurels and binge watch NETFLIX when they should be working. I LOVE Paizo and their wonderful Pathfinder products which is why I am so concerned abut the current state of affairs that seem to have went on far too long. I have requested 3 times in as many months to receive email updates about products, fiction, and so forth. As of today, still nothing. Please, PAIZO, get it together. Hire temps or something. For the sake of your business. PLEASE.
