I have ordered all the 4 starfinder alien archives 1,2,3,4 I went through to purchase them but it said it had failed, I had then been charged twice to my card and received no items through pdf.

I took a look at the order and it looks like it wasn't processed because there is a mismatch between the billing address on the account and what the bank has on file for the payment method. When you tried to place the order your bank was pinged and a hold was placed on those funds. I have reversed the authorizations on our end, but please allow some time for that to be reflected in your bank account. If you wish to proceed with this transaction, we recommend double checking the address. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
