For any absolutely ridiculous combination, take the following ingredients:
* dual wield guns
* Hit the Dirt!
* Black Powder Boost
* Return Fire
Now the first step is to get shot at. Then see the enemy look on flabbergasted as you not only shoot back, but also cannonball yourself 25 feet through the air, preferably behind some form of total cover.

Both are reactions, so you would have to choose which to do, in this case only Hit the Dirt! Would still have a trigger. Unless you had some way of getting a second reaction that is.
If you COULD get that second reaction, this works fine. Hit the Dirt! is triggered by the hostile shot. Black Powder Boost is triggered by the Leap. All gucci.

Sure, or you could instead be permanently quickened (Edit: Using that extra action only to step or reload). Really the Gunslinger needs better capstone feats. The two we have for now are just not that interesting.
