Order not completing when I click ‘Place Your Order’

I am having the same issue that others seem to be reporting, I have digital content in my shopping cart, but when I click place your order, nothing happens. I have verified my payment method is fine, and re-entered it to make certain. Thanks in advance for your assistance

I am so sorry the website has also been giving you trouble! I took a look at the order for you and it looks like our system wasn't catching all the address information, so I updated it and was able to push the order through on our end. You should also be receiving an email confirmation for the order here shortly. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)

My Order 21650010 on Dec 29th had a mistake in the credit card so it was declined. So the next day on Dec 30th I fixed it. But since then it just says “Pending”. How do I force it to place my order?
