Do they get heighten noramlly or since they are innate they actaully don't get heighten at all?

All cantrips heighten to half your level rounded up, unless the effect that grants you the cantrip explicitly states its granted as a specific level, like how Arcane Sense grants you 1st level Detect Magic as an innate spell, which heightens as your proficency increases.
