I searched in the forum but I couldn't find anything, so here's my question: can a druid use Wild Empathy on feys? Jinkins for examples.

No, unless the fey counts as an animal for such purposes (e.g. when it has the Wilding feat) or the druid has some enhancing feature that makes fey susceptible to his abilities.
