I am so sorry to hear that your order has yet to arrive! I took a look at it for you and the last tracking info we have is from Dec. 9th. I think it is safe to say that this package was, unfortunately, lost in the post. I have set up a replacement to be shipped out to you as soon as our warehouse has finished counting inventory.
