So this is something I'm bit confused about: Which human ethnics are "a big wide group of different ethnics" and which are just "this is a single group of people"
Like ethnics that currently seem to be former:
*Taldan (maybe cheliaxian could be considered subcategory? Sort of?)
*Jadwiga
*Ulfen
*Varki
*Shoanti(unless different clans count?)
*Varisians
*Vudrani
*Iobarian
*Erutaki
*Lirgeni
So mostly avistan ethnics.
Ethnic/culture groups:
*Kellids(Isgeri, Palakari, Sarkosians, Yurktiri)
*Keleshite (I'm not sure if culture group is different from ethnic groups, but listing keleshite culture groups anyway: Althameri, Aishmayar, Khattibi, Midean, Susianam, Tzorehiyi)
*Mwangi(Bekyar, Bonuwat, Mauxi, Zenj)
*Azlanti(Thassilonian, we don't know names of any other Azlanti cultures or ethnics, just that it was whole continent of wide groups and that they range at least from "pale with black hair and purple eyes" to bronze skin look you see in Starfinder)
*Arcadian (Balveris, Calani, Caldaru, Kansari, Kurosha, Mahwek, Oeurfasian, Razatlani)
*Tian (Tian-Dan, Tian-Dtang, Tian-Hwan, Tian-La, Tian-Min, Tian-Shu, Tian-Sing)
Groups/ethnics I have no idea about:
*Garundi(Is it same culture group for whole Garund besides Mwangi Expanse or is Garundi we know just the people who live in northern Garund?
*Casmar (we have no info on this group at all, only mention of them is from Varnhold Vanishing Iobarian article I think)
I dunno if all those examples count though as group since two of them are just "These are people from this continent", so I guess you could group all of Avistani ethnics as a single group as well in a way? But even in Avistani ethnics there are groups with multiple ethnics.

I think you might've switched former and latter?
Anyway, Vudrani also have multiple ethnicities (Banjarey, Dhavala, Parbatkay, and arguably Jalmeri).
The Lost Omens Character Guide says something that makes me think Casmar might not be a specific group, but a vague term for ethnic groups in Casmaron that aren't Keleshite, Vudrani, or Iobarian. If I'm right then some of the other ethnicities Casmaron (Amai Birtim, Beshzen, Jalunah, Kara, Mishyrian, Ninshaburian, Qalah, Yenchaburian) could be considered Casmar.
