It doesn't look like the order was completely submitted. Usually, when this happens the order cannot be processed because there is a mismatch between the billing address being used and what the bank has on file for your payment method. When you attempted to place the order, your bank was pinged to authorize a hold on those funds. I have reversed the authorizations on our end, but please allow for some time for this to reflect in your bank account. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
