Hello! I placed this order on Nov. 19th and it was shipped out on Friday, December 11th (4-8 days). Using the tracking information, UPS Mail Innovations shows no record of the shipment. :-( So I figured I'd check in to see if a CS rep would be able to assist.

Hi Phalimar!

I took a look at the order and it looks like it is on its way to you! Usually, we wait 20 business days from the shipping date before considering an order lost in the post and because of the holidays there has been delivery delays. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)

Thanks Logan. With the warehouse being closed this week for inventory, I figured I'd wait until EOW to see if the package arrived. It hasn't yet so I'm curious as to the next steps.

I am so sorry the package has yet to arrive! I went ahead and set up a replacement to be shipped out to you once our warehouse team is finished with inventory. New order # 36320292, and you should be receiving an email confirmation here shortly as well. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)

Hi Logan. As luck would have it, my order arrived this morning! If you still have the ability to cancel the replacement, please do (hopefully you'll be able to before the warehouse is back fulfilling orders). My apologies for not waiting just one more day. :-)
