The second printing of the book has arrived so I took a look at your account for you and it looks like the order was actually never submitted because it requires a payment method to cover the shipping costs. It looks like the payment method added to the order has been declined, we recommend double checking that all the information entered is correct and matches what your bank has on file for it.
