On August 5th I placed an order through Humble Bundle for the second edition core rulebook. I understand it was backordered, but I haven't heard anymore about its availability. Can I get an update, please?

The second printing of the book has arrived so I took a look at your account for you and it looks like the order was actually never submitted because it requires a payment method to cover the shipping costs. If you would like to proceed with this order please add a payment method. Please let me know if I can do anything to further assist you :)


I've updated my payment info. Looking forward to PF2.


So, it's been a month and I've heard nothing. Is there something else I need to do?

It looks like the payment method added to the order has been declined, we recommend double checking that all the information entered is correct and matches what your bank has on file for it.


Updated. It would be helpful if I got an email or some type of correspondence if there's a problem instead of being left in the dark.
