To the company that I love,
The order mentioned in the subject was shipped to me on October 2nd, and I have not yet received it. The package is 'not trackable.' I have emailed twice with no response. I have posted on Twitter and received only apologies and something about 3000 emails behind. Please update me on what CAN be done to correct this.
