Order will not complete, a customer who would appreciate some service

Hi,

I tried to complete an order on Nov 10, and it would not complete.

This is a recurrent problem. Contacted customer service several times on that day and since.

I have had absolutely no response.

I have 6 items waiting in my purchase cart.

I am trying to GM a game for my 5 players over the Christmas period while we have time to kick it off.

Could I get some assistance here, please?

Hi Runrafter!

I am so sorry to hear that the checkout process has been giving you trouble! Usually, if the order isn't processing at checkout, it's because of something not matching up with the payment method. I tried to submit the order on our end and it looks like our system was able to process the digital content(# 36304170) but not the physical items (# 36304171). Because of this the issue may be that the billing address doesn't match what the bank has on file for the card. I'm hoping this will help us solve this reoccurring issue for you and you should be receiving an email confirmation for the PDF order here shortly. Please let me know if this needs further looking into and I will gladly do so! :)
