Multiple Holds on Bank Account

Today, I attempted to order a hardcover copy of the Pathfinder 2e Core Rulebook. The verification code screen (the one wherein you enter the three digit code on the back of the card) didn't seem to be working, so I made several attempts to use it. This has led to there being multiple (3) holds on my bank account, leaving my available balance under a dollar. I've already attempted to contact my bank over this, and the only way for them to release the holds on their end is with information from customer service. This is the same card/account I use for necessities like gas and food, so waiting out the holds and letting them clear on their own time is unfortunately not an option.

I've already sent an email through to customer service, but have yet to see any response. Prompt attention in this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in communication, we are working through a hefty backlog of 3,000+ emails. I am also so sorry the website was giving you trouble, I know how frustrating that can be! I took a look at the order you tried to process and we have reversed the authorizations on our end but it may still take some time to reflect in your bank account. If you would like to process this order in the future, we recommend double checking that the billing address matches the address that the bank has on file for your payment method. This is usually the reason transactions cannot be processed during checkout. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)


I had come to the conclusion, after a bit of looking around, that the problem was almost definitely a billing address issue. Thank you very much for replying! Your assistance is appreciated.
