I have a question in regards the Nexus Staff: It contains one cantrip and one 1st-level spell, both from your spellbook, but it gains no charges normally during your preparations; you must expend a spell slot to grant it charges in the same way you would add additional charges to a normal staff. Does it means at the moment of creation those 2 spells are there in the staff?? What happens if I used those charges? If I add charges are they free just like preparing a staff? Im so confused...Thanks anyways

When your character is created, you have one cantrip and 1st level spell in the staff. You don't have any charges normally, but can spend a slot to instead charge the staff. This doesn't really do anything useful at level 1 (aside from giving you an extra cantrip), but you can use it to convert a 2nd level slot into effectively two 1st level slots at level 3, and it might increase your versatility in other scenarios.
My player floated the destruction of a staff of power charged up with Staff Nexus for an amusing concept.

This:
Casting Cantrips from a StaffSource Core Rulebook pg. 592 2.0
If a staff contains a cantrip, you can cast that cantrip using the staff without expending any charges. The cantrip’s level is heightened to the same level as cantrips you cast.
You can cast that cantrip without using any charges. You only use the charge to cast the 1st level spell. At higher levels you can use a 2nd level spell slot to cast the 1st level spell twice (each use is one charge)

Basically it lets you have an additional cantrip on top of your regular 5 prepared ones, without using charges as noted.
With charges what's happening is that you get to break up and divvy one of your spell slots like you want, which gets more and more flexible as you level up and can put more charges (via a higher-level spell slot) into the staff. So you can put a 4th-level spell into the staff and cast any of 1st-4th level spells up to the total charges. When you Craft your staff into something that has more, higher-level spells, you can divvy all that up too, and eventually put two spells into the staff for even more charges, a limited form of the spell-blending thesis. For example, you could put two 4-level slots into the spell and cast a spell up to 8th-level using the resulting charges.
This flexibility is limited by what spells the staff has, of course, and you have to use the Crafting rules (unless your GM lets you fudge it). If you don't like any of the published staves, this thesis is probably not for you.
